I stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for accessing the convention center but being in a rough neighborhood made me feel unsafe. The staff was attentive and offered room service and dry cleaning services. However, the constant power outages were concerning. The hotel had a few shops nearby that stocked Latino foods, which was a nice touch.
